Making a Purchase

We have tried to make purchasing items from our website as simple as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any assistance during office hours.  All payments are processed by a secure server allowing you safe and worry free internet shopping. Fusion Designer Jewellers does not at any time view your card details. When making a payment please make sure your billing address, as entered in your account details, matches the registered statement address of your card (the address on the top of your card bank statement). If you require your order to be delivered to a different address, please amend the shipping address. This will only apply to orders placed within the United Kingdom. 


We are currently not VAT registered, so all prices are currently inclusive of VAT.


We accept Visa, Delta, Switch and Mastercard via Paypal, Sagepay and Google Checkout (from October 2010). 

If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is a third party payment processor which enables online Credit and Debit card payments. It is a secure system which has over 20 million registered users.

How do I use PayPal?
Add your items to the shopping basket then, when you are ready, view basket and select the 'Secure Checkout'. You will guided through placing your order by Paypal. You do not have to be a registered PayPal user to pay this way, however, if you wish to sign up to an account there is an option to do this at the end of the checkout. All orders are acknowledged by e-mail.

Is PayPal secure?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Once your information reaches PayPal it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.

Only PayPal has access to your confidential credit/debit card details.

Credit Card Security
All Credit and Debit cards are processed on secure servers by Sagepay ( and Paypal ( At no time do we come into contact with and/or store your credit card information.

Comodo SSL Certificate

By using Comodo SSL we are guaranteed the highest possible encryption levels for online transactions as each Comodo SSL certificate is signed with NIST recommended 2048 bit signatures and provides up to 256 bit encryption of customer data.


We do not normally accept cheques except for bespoke designer commissions. It is usual practice for a designer/maker to request a minimum 50% deposit for purchasing materials to make a piece of high value bespoke jewellery, e.g. engagement, wedding and eternity rings. If the timescale for commissioning (including hallmarking) a piece of bespoke designer jeweller is limited, we would respectfully suggest that the processing of a card payments through our merchant services terminal in the shop may prevent further delay.

E & OE (Errors & Emissions Excepted) on any transaction or product.  You have a seven day cooling off period of in which to cancel your order and return any unworn and undamaged item after receipt.  *Please note earrings can not be returned for reasons of hygiene.

Designer Jewellery Collections

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, changes to the price of hand-madedesigner items may occur. In the unlikely event that we discover an error in the price in a piece of hand-crafted designer jewellery that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling. This may happen if an item from a collection becomes out of stock and in the process of ordering more stock/materials to hand-make another item we find that there has been an increase in price. The price of some raw materials; especially gold are currently subject to fluctuation.

All orders are packaged within a secure Jiffy bag and sent via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days if the item is in stock. Please contact us by phone during office hours should you require an item of stock urgently. Please allow a extra time near Christmas.

Bespoke Designer Jewellery

Some designer hand-made to order items may take up to 30 days.  We will contact you if whether this timescale will need to be extended due to extra time required for sourcing materials and or/hallmarking.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will endeavour to back order it for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Hillary Corney  - Hillary's work is covered by an unconditonal guarantee against faulty workmanship. 

Retail (Boutique) Jewellery

Each item ordered is double checked to ensure it is of the merchantable quality. All products are brand new and are covered by a full 12 month guarantee against manufacturing faults. *Our guarantee does not cover misuse or accidental damage. Any item that is received damaged in the post or is incorrectly supplied will be exchanged free of charge within 7 days of receipt by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You may cancel your order within 7 days (cooling off period) without reason if your order has not already been dispatched by sending an e-mail to  

If your order has been dispatched then you may still return the items for a refund.  Refunds will be via the original purchase method and made back to the named person who purchased the goods. Postage costs will not be refunded unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault with the article.

Receiving your Order

Retail (Boutique) Jewellery

Please check all packaging for damage before opening your order(s). Please check your delivery note to check that you have received the correct product(s).

If you have ordered the wrong product, you can return it to us for an exchange. Please see our exchange policy.  You may be charged for redelivery.

 If we have sent the wrong product, which does not match the description on your invoice, you can return it to us for an exchange, you will not be charged for redelivery. Please refer to our returns policy.

Returns Policy

Retail (Boutique) Jewellery

Shipping costs will not be refunded except in the case of faulty goods or goods that have despatched in error. Any item may be returned within (7) days of purchase as long as the item has been unworn and undamaged and all the original packaging is enclosed. All articles are returned entirely at your own risk. Please note that proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Please ensure that packages are fully insured for loss or damage, we recommend that you return goods by "Special Delivery" Please do not mark your parcel silver, jewellery or any other luxury name as this increases the chance of the parcel going missing.

*Please note earrings can not be returned. This is due to hygiene reasons and  your statutory rights exclude the return of earrings.
