Whether it's a single piece or a full production run, Hillary Corney can offer a completely bespoke service using some of the latest jewellery CAD/CAM software and production tools.

Using Roland JWX10 and JWX-30 milling machines combined with Inert Gas, Vacuum induction, casting facilities allows Hillary to work to very fine tolerances and supurb detail.

Begins with your 2D drawings, your CAD file or any other relevant source materials.

Your source material is scanned or imported into our 3D production software in preparation for modelling and the construction of initial prototype designs.

STAGE 3 - 3D modelling

This process allows your ideas to be fine tuned into a complete production piece prior to casting.  At this stage a rendered image or rapid prototype can be supplied for you for approval and sign-off to check the design before casting.

STAGE 4 - Wax machining

A wax master is created from one of the Roland milling machines. This can be used to make a single one-off piece or for further casting into a metal master for a complete run of items.

STAGES 5 & 6

The creation of a metal master and moulds - if required. The final pieces can then be cast,  stone-set, finished and polished to showroom ready if required.
