Shipping & Delivery
Items are normally sent by Royal Mail. Items ordered before 1pm will normally be despatched the same day. Items ordered after 1pm will be sent out the following day. Items ordered on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on Monday.
We offer a range of choices, from uninsured second class mail, through to Royal mail Special Delivery insured for up to  £2500. Items of up to £41 in value may be sent by recorded delivery items over £41 in value should be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery insured for the correct value.
It is the purchasers responsibility to select the correct postage level and insurance option. Sorry but we will not accept responsibility for loss if an item goes missing and the purchaser has chosen to use a postal insurance option which offers less cover than the items value.

Privacy & Security
This web site takes resonable precautions to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the web site, your information is protected both online and off-line. We do NOT store your credit card information for security reasons.
This make our system more secure. However It does mean that you will have to enter your card number each time you wish to purchase something but we feel that the increased security gained by not storing credit card information on our server is worth the small extra effort on your part.
All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our order clerk or a customer service staff) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. As well as when new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our website so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an eMail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. However, if you have already removed your personal information we will not be able to contact you.
Returns & Replacements

Our Returns Policy
We want you to be entirely delighted with your purchase from Fusion Designer Jewellers but in the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy, simply return your purchase to us within 14 days of receipt stating the reasons for your dissatisfaction. We will of course do what we can to put things right. 

The item must be returned undamaged, and in the original condition and returned to us by registered and insured post. We are unable to accept earrings or other body piercing items for return or refund, unless they are found to be faulty. This is on the grounds of hygiene and health for the protection of all our customers. If you need any more information on such purchases please contact us before making the purchase.

We will be happy to refund the full purchase price or exchange the item for any other in our range. We will also refund your return postal charges if the item is faulty. If your purchase was paid for by cheque you will receive any payment due by cheque from us and if paid by credit card the refund will be made using credit card charge-back If you need any advice or further information about any of our products or services please do not hesitate to contact us. These terms do not affect your statutory rights but are offered as an extension to them.
Our Complaints Procedure
We will do our best to ensure and hope you do not or will not have cause to complain about our service or our products but if you do, you may direct all complaints about purchases from this website to the numbers and addresses on our contact page or email us directly. Please include full details of your complaint, details and the date, your receipt number, method of payment and any other information you may feel will help us to resolve the matter quickly.
Please make sure we also have a daytime telephone number or valid e-mail address to help speed up our response. All complaints will be dealt with promptly and will be responded to within 5 working days.

How To Order

Securely, On-line

You can order your goods, securely, with confidence, directly on-line. Simply browse through our shop using the currency converter below, if appropriate, to see how much your goods will cost in your local currency.

When you find items you like, click the "buy now" button to add the goods you wish to purchase to your shopping basket. When you have selected all the item you want to buy click on the "Check out" Button. Then you will be taken to the checkout page. On the checkout page you will be asked if you wish to log in. If you are already registered you can log in and your details and your stored shipping address will be added to the check out page automatically. If you do not wish to register or to log in, then simply complete your details on the checkout page and your shipping address on the check out page. This allows the system to calculate the shipping costs correctly for you. 

Don't worry if you change your mind about buying any item as you can easily remove goods from your basket. Once you are happy with your selections, and with your shipping and billing addresses, simply fill in your credit card details.

We take security very seriously. Please be assured that we carefully protect all your personal information. Every credit-card transaction is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), so that a third party cannot read it.  We do NOT keep your credit card details on our server. We believe this makes our system more secure.

Then click the "place order" button. The order will be electronically processed and you will be presented with a screen showing an invoice for your purchases. It is a very good idea to print this page for your records.  Goods are usually shipped within 24 hours by Royal Mail Registered post or special delivery.

We would be happy to take your order by phone on +44 (0)1237 423168. If you are calling from outside the UK, please be aware of any time differences! The office is open between the hours of 9.00am and 5pm local time.

By Post
If you prefer to send a cheque we will be happy to ship your order on receipt of your payment. If you wish to order in this way, please remember to include your address for delivery and give the names of the items you wish to order as they appear on the web site. You should also remember to add the correct amount to cover postage and packaging to your cheque.

The best way to ensure that your cheque is made out for the correct amount is to use the web site. Simply add your selections to your basket, selecting the appropriate shipping destination and method. The system will calculate the total order amount, including p&p, which you can use when writing your cheque. Please make your cheque payable to Fusion Designer Jewellers. The currency must be pounds sterling. If you are ordering by post it is as well to drop us an e-mail to let us know that your order is on the way. In this way we can expect your order and have the goods ready for immediate dispatch, which reduces delay.

We hate those sites that insist you have to register before you can buy anything therefore you do NOT have to register in order to purchase things from our site. However we do give you the choice as once registered you will be able to buy things without typing in all your details each time. During registration a user is required to give his or her email address. This email address is used to contact the user about the jewellery and silverware on our site which they have ordered or expressed an interest. We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). We do NOT store your credit card details for security reasons.
This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Occasionally we make mistakes with pricing on the website. This is particularly true at times of rapid fluctuation in precious metals prices. If the price on the website is incorrect we will notify you of the correct price promptly. If the correct price is acceptable we will arrange for additional payment or refund as appropriate to reach the correct value or reverse the transaction if you do not wish to proceed with the purchase at the correct price. Displaying an item for sale on the website does not constitute a contract to supply at the price stated.

If you register on the site you may use your "My Account" login to view your order status and view and edit your contact details.
